My recipient didn’t receive their Greetigram

If your recipient did not receive their Greetigram, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix.

In most cases, the issue comes down to one of three things:

    • The email address or phone number was entered incorrectly
    • The message landed in spam or junk
    • There was a delay in delivery

First, check how you sent it

Greetigrams can be sent by text message, email, or shareable link. Start by confirming which method you used, since the next steps depend on that.

If you sent it by email

    Ask your recipient to:

    • Check their spam, junk, or promotions folder
    • Search their inbox for “Greetigram”
    • Make sure the email address entered was correct

A small typo in the email address can prevent delivery.

If you sent it by text message

    Double-check that:

    • The phone number was entered correctly
    • The recipient can receive text messages normally
    • The number includes the correct country code if needed

If the number was off by even one digit, the card may not arrive.

If you sent a shareable link

Make sure the full link was copied and pasted correctly into the message or app you used. If the link was cut off or altered, the recipient may not be able to open it.

    What your recipient should expect

Your recipient should receive a link to their Greetigram and be able to open it on a phone or computer. After the video plays, they can view your written message and any photos or video you attached.

    Still not working?

If you think the email or phone number may have been entered incorrectly, or the Greetigram still hasn’t arrived, contact Greetigram support and include:

    • Your name
    • The recipient’s email address or phone number
    • How you sent it
    • The approximate time you sent it

That will help support track it down faster.

    Quick summary

    Before contacting support, check:

    • The correct email address or phone number
    • Spam or junk folders
    • Whether the link was copied correctly
    • Whether the recipient is opening it on a phone or computer

Most delivery issues can be solved with one of those steps.
