    Because Greetigram products are personalized digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products once a card has been purchased or scheduled for delivery.

    We accept returns, replacements, or exchanges only in cases involving a verified technical issue, delivery failure, defective digital experience, or other product-related problem.

    If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected].

    After review of the issue, we may provide a replacement, redelivery, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

    Our goal is for every Greetigram to arrive on time and create a great experience for your recipient. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help make it right. 

    For customers located in the European Union, by purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate delivery or access, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service. Once delivery or access has begun, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
